Remember when Tooter Turtle would cry "Help! Mister Wizard!" and the lizard would perform an incantation, like "Drizzle Drazzle Dreezle Drome, time for this one to come home!". Tooter would come home and Mr Wizard would say to him, "Be what you is, not what you is not. Folks that is what they is, is the happiest lot." I think that's good advice. One caveat: if "what you is" is a big ass-hole, try to keep that to your self as much as possible, OK?
My Aunt Bernie, somewhat of a philosopher in her own right, offers this tidbit about the journey we're on: Life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer you get to the end the faster it goes. Yeah, that makes sense.
